Customer: Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction
This multi-phased 300,000 square foot project included the upper four floors and a portion of the ground floor of the Historic Rincon Center. The collaborative design enhanced the exposed structural concrete columns, large atrium, broad open spaces and challenging, high floor-to floor dimensions. The minimalist state-of-the-art linear lighting was almost entirely cable suspended from high ceilings and controlled with the most current Lutron lighting system. The exposed design required expert and careful planning to produce a piping system that augmented the architectural design. This ultra-modern office space also includes an elaborate wired data infrastructure, user enabled metering system, theatrical and office AV systems and the most up-to-date life safety system.
