This green multi-floor multi-phased project encompassed nearly 300,000 square feet of open plan office space, conference rooms, training rooms and meeting areas built out on raised access flooring. New theater style staircases were cut into the existing slabs making all four floors accessible and adding light to the center office spaces. The design was predominantly open ceiling giving our electricians a serious challenge and showcase for their wiring skills. We provided new updated distribution, a cutting edge complex lighting design with the most current Crestron control system.  We also added new state-of-the-art AV systems, life safety and HVAC controls, all installed in a discrete and functional design. The installation won high praise from engineers, architects and Square staff.
